• Products damaged during delivery
• Incorrect items delivered

Non-Refundable Items:

• Products delivered in good condition as described
• Orders canceled after preparation has begun
• Change of mind after delivery is completed

2. Provide your order number and photos of the issue
3. Our team will review and respond within 48 hours
