1Stop Gebeya provides gift delivery services within Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. We accept orders from customers worldwide and fulfill deliveries locally in Ethiopia.

2. Ordering and Payment

  • Order Acceptance: Orders are subject to availability and confirmation
  • Payment: Full payment required at time of order
  • Accepted Methods: Credit/debit cards, PayPal, Stripe.
  • Currency: All prices displayed in USD
  • Age Restriction: Must be 18+ to order alcohol products

3. Delivery Terms

  • Coverage Area: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia only
  • Delivery Promise: Within 48 hours of order confirmation
  • Delivery Fees: 10
  • Recipient Availability: The Recipient must be available to receive delivery
  • Age-Restricted Items: ID verification required for wine/alcohol delivery

4. Product Quality

  • Fresh Items: Cakes and flowers guaranteed fresh upon delivery
  • Quality Standards: All products meet our premium quality requirements
  • Substitutions: May occur for seasonal items with customer notification

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation Window: No cancellations is accepted after order placement
  • Refund Policy: Replacement or full refund for damaged/incorrect items 
  • Processing Time: Refunds processed within 5-7 business days

6. Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the order value
  • We are not responsible for recipient's unavailability
  • Force majeure events may affect delivery schedules
  • Photo confirmation serves as proof of delivery

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate delivery information
  • Ensure recipient availability during delivery window
  • Provide valid contact information
  • Comply with local laws regarding alcohol delivery
